Thank you for a pleasant stay. It's a spotless and fine hotel. The staff is being very amiable. The venue has nice location close to restaurants and stores. There is cafe Poupart Bakery, set 700 feet walk away.

Pool closing early on a Saturday night is frustrating!!! Business center equipment not functioning properly is disappointing!!! Ensure better communication about amenities!!!

What they got right and wrong
The hot breakfast was a highlight, particularly the pancake machine, and Miss Loretta kept everything stocked and tidy. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and the AC worked perfectly.
Check-in could be disorganized and the staff unfriendly at times, leading to a chaotic start. Some rooms showed signs of wear and tear .

Well, it was an exceptional stay for business trip. Location: the hotel was right by scheduled activities, easy on-/-off the highway and Baton Rouge and Lake Charles.
